This replay shows how you lose on Minsk Pocket as the Allies and how you win as the Axis. This has now happened multiple times to me, where my teammate (both Soviet and American) camp around the ONE point in the north with the Warehouse. They put 90% of their forces in that little square and don't move them for the entire match.
That leaves me to cover the other 80% of the map. Notice how the Axis swarm the middle with their tanks and how my opponent totally ignores it(despite my constant pining) and how we get flanked and destroyed.

A few things were amiss in that game, including the overall game of the pink player who never had a commander, and floated a large amount of munitions throughout the course of the game. He also missed a chance of capping the southern vp, for want of proper use of the tactical map...just didn't do it.
Floating of manpower/munitions was a big problem for soviets towards the end game -- Munitions were floated by blue player for most of the game.
It seemed to be a mistake not to pick up molotovs.
The Katyusha, the kv 8 were bad purchases, especially after an Il2 had just reconned the base and seen Wehrmacht tank production.
the Su 85's poor positioning was exploited and it was lost, it may've been microed from the choke point entrance to the base.
I saw an engineer squad idle, when they might've re-crewed a Zis gun - this might've saved the Su 85.

Yeah I am no pro, but my gosh it isn't just one or two games where my ally has camped that one point, but EVERY game. It absolutely astonishes me how players can keep doing the same strat which loses them the game EVERY-TIME.
