His comment makes perfect sense, you just didn't get it. He means that that player always complains about other people using abuse tactics against him yet he himself uses abuse tactics against everybody.

Seems you might be right there. Was very ambiguouly written by Aero though.

Also, to be fair, Porygon does seem to be saying that this is too powerful. I could be wrong.
