There are lots of commanders that are broken/OP, scavenger doctrine is not one of them.
Yes it is. Scavenger is the only doctrine in the game that can end the game simply by saving in munitions and calling in the artillery strikes.
Save up 400-500 ammo against USF, send 1 puma into their base, call down arty. Back up puma, wait for cool down, go in again for 2nd strike, use puma to finish of any buildings left standing.

it isn't working as good as vs USF vs soviet. but i love bartonPL for his cheese :-)
always fun to watch how he always finds something to abuse in the game. but to be honest: everyone knows that this WILL be adressed because it's just cheese. same with USF jeep doctrinal arty that always kills a OKW truck. this is also crap

Just take away the circle and spread out the buildings like the soviets and bam....prob solved. I don't think the ability needs a nerf. Besides...in order to do it you can't use any abilities in the game. You can't use nades....faust...anything. You don't think that's hard?

err...1 arty strike on a US base does about 30% damage to all the buildings, even less to a soviet base... It's not actually that strong. The 155mm that the jeep commander has is waaay better. I don't think its OP or broken but itll take out a AA HT in 1 barrage, accompanied with the recon ability you can just keep doing it all the time.
The 105mm barrage that comes with the scavenger commander has is really only effective against a mass blob of tanks, AT guns, MGs etc. that are gonna get stuck if they try to flee.
It depends hoiw many muni you are floating, for 180 you will have one barrage, for 360 2 barrages for 540 3 barrages etc. usually at 540 muni you have 9 CP's which means - victory MVGame

That's true, but if you're floating munitions as OKW you're likely going to be losing every confrontation with riflemen or cons (and later tanks). It means, no grenades (unless you solely use infiltration grenades - 10 muni), no shreks, no traps, no mines.
I mean you could convert fuel to munitions but then you'd have no fuel for anything really.
