dat doctrine really needs some reworking, both partisan units are weak and even at vet 3 and with upgrade they die easily to some unvetted squad

They're also cheap as hell, have high dps without any muni cost, can be upgraded to conscript health per model with munitions and can spawn from any building on the map without LOS. Partisans were op as fuck before the building nerfs, just overshadowed by windustry at the time so most people didn't bother to complain. Of course now I guess they feel like using grens as soviets MVGame

yea they are cheap, but one MG burst and 3 of 4 are dead, do they have high DPS? i didn't noticed that, and paying 40 muni per squad just to have slightly more HP is not worth it, they still die like ostrupps, no matter what DPS they gonna have it's not worth taking them.

I agree with Barton just used them during this "free weekend" and they are subpar. Osttruppen are much better

Partisans suck, they are Relic`s way of trolling people who spent the $$$ on that commander. I am surprised Barton managed to make a game of this.

I used this doc when i played with Relic dev and i lost because partisants usually sucks much, their reinforce cost (30) is way too much for soviet players
