Plenty of ways to deal with Tiger Ace. Learn to adapt, anticipate it. Its one unit, can't be everywhere at once. And it shuts down all production for >10 minutes< so yeah its powerful, its a huge gamble because if it gets taken out by a couple of coordinated rams then the player is crippled. Its a high risk, high reward unit.
