actually he didnt use it
but even he play okw he hase US commander
can i report it?

thas a bug not a cheat try to go to the actual FOrum loby for more info or contact any ADM of the coh2.org website ! but if im not mystaked your commander pik gets disable all blank no abilitys no call ins noting so its like not piking a commander and playing the game !

You are wrong. You are able to use units.
Yes it's banable / report able.
But when he did not use anything from it, I would say no reason to ban.
