If you mean the steam usernames he can't send it unfortunately because he's just "borrowing" game and can't see the previous names from the instruction to report...

Basically enemy team use reveal fog of war, spawning shermans near the end...
there is a colored letters in chat that the cheat is used, people actually admitted they cheated at the end

They are no cheater. They just played the game already more often. And the color chat stuff, it a special function.
