1.What GMT time zone is the 3pm base off (GMT +4 for example)

the GMT is based off + zero there hsouldn't be a 3pm anywhere. (exact words of 3pm.)

i haven't quite decided yet but for now they all are allowed.

That's quite a collection of games for the prizes. Nice work!

If I were playing in this, I would have a few questions.

Check-ins will begin thirty(30) minutes before the tournament (I recommend you get there even earlier if you can.)
Use the same steam name you signed up with or you may not get properly matched which could result in DQ.

1. Where and how do I check-in, exactly?

2. When do check-ins close and when will the bracket be posted?

3. What is the Round format, each day?

4. How do I report results?

I would also be worried that Binary Beast would not accept my replays, as with SNF we ruled out using BB for this purpose because of it's ridiculously small upload size limit (maybe this has changed? I dunno).
