If you're banning JT commander you should ban Industry too, every game will just be axis losing everything to a KV that they cant kill

I mean half the maps you can just put the KV behind a shot blocker and its game over unless you have JT vet ability or can set up a pak43 in range

I mean repair stations are broken as hell in 2v2 as well, its definitely more OP than either DshK commander in 2v2

All im saying is think about removing industry too

Btw why is the Advanced Emplacement Regiment banned tho? :) To prevent sim city abuse?

I am 100% confident that the Royal Engineers doc (AVRE) is waaaaaaaay more powerful when it comes to sim city abuse since Emplacement doc got nerfed.

And the reason behind that is that "Stand Fast" aka emplacement self repair ability.

- it is dirtcheap (50 mun for 90 seconds duration, pls)
- it can be stacked on top of brace and the emplacement can shoot during self repair
- I have found out that this ability has 0 seconds cooldown once a command vehicle is nearby, means it can be used permanently (don't know if that's intended or a bug tho)

And that's just 1 ability, you still can turn your AEC into a free-recon-plane spammer in the late mid-game, and you have a little Sturmtiger call in :D much better than emplacement doctrine.

I remember a match long time ago where I had 2x vet 3 mortar pits and an Ostheer player was desperately trying to destroy it with 2 LeFhs. Due to the mixture of vet 3 defense bonus, brace and perma self repair, it was literally unkillable, even after 100 arty shells lol :P

If you are scared by sim city abuse, think about that doctrine :)

yeh but I think the reason why emplacement regiment and the other docs were banned was to prevent cheesy strats and boring meta play. And not because they are impossible to counter (they aren't)

At the end it's just a suggestion from me, nothing more ;)

ISGs only counter a mortar pit if they're in reinforcement range while able to fire at the pits, and they cant kill it through stand fast.

If the Brit player gets AEC before building a Pit they can position them how they want and then there are no counters, even Lefh cant do it through Stand Fast.

Banning emplacement commander legitimately makes no sense regardless as its the worse of the two emplacements commanders anyway.

I think you mean hull down. Hill was pretty confusing there for a second. However I personally would have that in my loadout yes, but I think there are better doctrines since that one can be subpar for meta. Such as blitzkrieg which has both the Stuka CAS and command p4. The HP buff on p4s would be great.

JP4 only beats allied TDs when its vet exceeds that of the allied TDs. Otherwise, Tulips, tulips, and uh, more tulips.

Pgrens with 2x screcks is expensive and obviously weak to infantry.

Pak43 is possible I think against non soviet since mattress is "meh" now and tactical support is banned. Katy decrews that no problem though.

Unless you're going to go for the 1 shot volley which would probably need 4x raks, you can always drive away since ideally your TDs are at max range so the ONLY tanks that can shoot back are the elephant and JP4.

Yes stun shot. Sherman smoke and war speed on brit tanks possibly.

I won't be surprised if in all UKF/USF combo games we see HE shermans + FFs all the time. Unfortunatly forced that way since jacksons are fragile.

And for the advanced emplacement discussion, pretty sure they just don't want the audience to watch UKF set up emplacements on 1 side and then go AFK. That's no fun to watch.
