The Intel Bulletin Database is based on data "mined" from the attribute files that come with the official modding tools. The specific lists of affected targets are provided by Cruzz, known for his knowledge of the game mechanics and unit stats.
The website was designed to be easily extendable - so the future of the site is not written in stone. However, specific unit stats are not on the roadmap. The focus is on bringing light to more unknown parts of the game, starting with the Intel Bulletins.
