Due too the great difficulties that people ran into during matchmaking and other things...
The Deadlines will be canceld and the tournament will be "done when it's done" that means if some one is unwilling to play or won't accept your request for a game. Make a screenshot and send it to me I will also contact the enemy team about that and then take action. If the enemy team wont respond they will be disqualified.
Now for blancat elite, if you want you can still play in the tournament, since I haven't excluded you yet due to the fact that this decision was made over the weekend.
