This is the only time out of the 80 games I have played I have encountered such crap. Normally I see stuff like "OP", "bad player", etc. I think ahahaha wouldn't really bother me that much if it didn't come after "die idiot"?
If you think that stuff is OK then we don't agree. I let Relic decide whether that's OK, I already sent the mail, so I think we can close this. |

No because they could be using it to get a win recorded, which I don't think they should (this guy has -15 losing streak in 1v1 combined across all factions).

I would like to submit request to Relic to have the player mentioned in the below Replay post completely banned on the basis of intense abuse (without any provocation - did it straight from the start).
Could you please advise what the best place to contact them about this would be?
I think no one else should be loosing their free time playing against this person.

The opposing player in this game engaged in intense and frequent abuse.
Specifically:
15 secs after start (me not yet saying anything like the normal "gl hf"): "fuuck you", "I kill a nice person head. dick"
Then throughout the game, abuse like "hahahaaaaaaaaaaa", "noooooooob", "oh nice, strategic move", "fuck you", "die idiot", "you top player"
The purpose of this upload is to serve as evidence when I ask Relic to have him banned (I will be referring to it from elsewhere).

I don't think I am particularly sensitive, don't really mind occasional "bad player", "you're using OP things", etc., bad this was just 30 minutes of disgust. I didn't want to quit the game because last thing such behaviour should be rewarded with is a victory.
In terms of game it's not particularly interesting. As Brits he started building Bofors emplacements everywhere, combined with mortar pit. That pushed me off 2/3 of the map for the most part. I reacted with Stukas, not really breaking it that much. I thought I lost this (in fact it was only the intense hate speech that made me really dread surrendering/quitting), but then I brought in the Jagdtiger and he was bust. |

Might be fun to watch, got 2 (at least for me) unusual things:
1) My opponent was spamming MGs hard - had 6 of them (I think 7 at one point, though not sure), so even when I was flanking an MG with my volks, I run into another MG. So I tried to flank that MG, and there was another MG, ...
2) At one point I thought I almost lost it - the opponent was bunkered down hard - MGs combined with AT guns and tanks next to them across the whole map + I had 1 Panther against 2 T34/85s. But at some point he decided to run at my panther with with his 85s and lost all of them. Then I made a walking stuka to clear out the AT guns and MGs.

Thanks very much Clarity, that's a lot of really useful tips - will try to put them in use.
As you point out multi-tasking production of the right units while I am fighting is the most difficult for me, but I guess this will only come better with practice. The lack of flamers & floating of muni is another manifestation of that. Even in the games I win, I find that I have lots of munition to spare which could have been better used in grenades/weapon upgrades...
Anyways, will be playing some next weekend so will improve it a lot hopefuly, thanks again! |

Thanks, I know basic hotkeys (retreat, reinforce, F1-F5), but will try to learn more.
The thing for me is I don't have that much time to spare for the game - usually play like 3 hours once a week - so I know I won't rise that much high up in the ranks. I am basically just looking to get rid of silly mistakes, because right now it feels like I am much more reacting to the opponents play than driving the game. I.e. things like when he drives at me with a PIV/Panther, my AT gun is miles way to be of any use, obviously too late by the time it gets on the spot. When I push through with my tank, the opponents AT gun seems to be in just the right spot... It's things like these that I think lose me the game right now... |
