Consider that first T70 costs 145F (165F - 20starting) and it's without AT nades while first Luchs needs 120F.
As for the MP it's quite similar, 600for T70 and 615 for Luchs.
Also consider that OKW will have pzfausts, raketens and schrecks while SU will have nothing, unless T2 instead of T1 (but then 155F) so no snare, no at gun, no handheld AT unless Guards but then you are bind with the doc.
As for the Stuart, it's useless after sometime while Puma can deal with medium tanks and vetted Luchs is always useful with camo. |

Don't have a time to download BUT I did a tests and:
3 HMG42 with AP rounds can't kill frontally T34.
3 50cal with AP rounds couldn't kill Pz4 (Pz4 was losing health slower than T34)
So I have no idea how P4 could die in 10secs if I couldnt kill P4 in 30secs.

i disagree on the call-in part... it's not uncommon for an OST player who is behind to pick mechanized assault, stop at tier 2, and just wait behind pak wall for tigers. had to kill 3 the other day in one match (i let it go on way too long, but i digress). it'd be great to see call-ins tied to tech... that way it's more a "finisher" and less of an instant card to get back in a game you have no right to be in. especially because the timing of some is awkward and so immediately results in a game imbalance (i.e. stug-e call-ins can happen during a generally infantry-only fight... and it's not uncommon for players to pump out two immediately, which is very hard to counter with USF or UKF mid-game).
As you noticed, "who is behind". If you are not behind, you don't want to waste commander just for Stug E if you can go for P4 
USF can respond with M10 easily or AT Guns.
As for UKF, 6 poinder is the only way most of the time.

I think early-to-mid-game guides for Ost, UKF and OKW are always welcome though. I understand your point about the late-game since I mean at least people can just get the Panther as Ost and OKW while Comet as Brits. But that is mainly how most non-professional players go and I think some of them actually want to try out other combinations that the pros have been doing recently.
I'm not asking for like every single pro players to write their own guides but at least guides that help cover early-to-mid-game stages with strategies related to specific commanders (Like I have heard someone go no volks but with the Breakthrough Doctrine, he just held on with Sturms and Kubel then go for Panzerfusilliers, for example) and just leave the late-game open for discussion (Or as a specific guide for late-game only since most of the time, commanders won't effect your tanks build orders all that much). That just my idea though, and it would take time, of course, but I can wait, no need to rush, and probably a donation system that has been proposed above would help people that actualy put time into a guide feel being appreciated.
I have but only in 2v2. Havent tried in 1v1, tho maybe it's time to do it today...

Yup, I just tried vs guy with 0.560 ratto as USF. Despite the fact that I thre away Luchs and Stuka on M20 mines it was really realix game. Fusilier just raped Rifles while double SP with schrecks dealt with M20, AAHT and Stuart. |

During first time, Stuka probably tried to attack Engis (?) next to middle VP.
During last time, Stuka aimed at infantry which were around ammo point (and retreated after being aimed)
Red line shows where circle ended when I used ability. Look that bombs were dropped even outside of that circle and almost on the other end of the screen where targeted infantry units were
