Thread: Ostheer T4 Viability3 Aug 2015, 18:49 PM Today I had really, really long 2v2 (nuf said that I was able to make 2 Ostwinds, and 4 Panthers). At the momentum when 6 M10 charged into my Pak and 2 Panthers, I was able to kill all of them with a loss of 1 Panther so I'd say, Panther is not that bad. Range, armor, mobility. Need nothing more. Thread: Assault Engies vs OKW?3 Aug 2015, 17:28 PM They won't win agasint SP unless, lik said above, you will bait SP with other squad and sneak close, then maybe you will win. Spamming them is not good solution. Can be used as a buidling cleaners and for demo charges but not as a mainline infantry. In: US Forces Strategies
Thread: Increase bugsplat/errors since latest patch3 Aug 2015, 15:17 PM I havent noticed any bug splats, but too many freezes since some patch in June... 2-3secs when I'm moving fast with camera. I have lost many many squads cause if those 3secs... In: COH2 Bugs
Thread: Ostheer T4 Viability3 Aug 2015, 13:55 PM Brummbar has never faild me. Pure wiping machine. I'm not sure if it needs any buffs. As for PzWerfer, it's shitty ax max range, but at close range, when used behind shot blockers, it can wipe whole army without any chance to retreat. Since Soviets often go for T3 and T4, Ostheer T4 is not an issue at all. In 2v2 it is seen very often. In: COH2 Gameplay

Panther vs IS2 (Panther has like 90% less dps against inf) Sniper perform (almost) equal against each others squads (4men vs 6 men squads) but is a lot more squishy su76 is less expensive then the Stug comes a lot more early and has a free barrage (also Stug is a better TD) (btw su76 has more pen than Stug) Puma vs T34 - Scout-car vs Tank , you can't compare that su85 is probably the best TD in the game(besides high vet jagdpanzer4) air performance, since Alex is mostly complaining that OKW has counter to the ml-20 i would say that allies have the better airforce (you know okw has no aircrafts) B-4 was nerfed hard but I would say 1-shot potential is worth a lot OKWs heroic counters -walking Stuka (100fuel and you have to get close) -Luchs/Panther rush : maybe possible in 1 on 1 but not in 2 on 2 -infantry support gun now that was a good one But before the Allied-fanboy-shitstorm hits me with all it's might I think that SU should get all stock Units buffed and the 1-Shot garbage nerfed This is so one-sided... When was last time when ISU dealt 320dmg with 100% chance of penetration (96% to pen IS2 at max range). Panther and IS2? Why would you even compare them? Completly different units. OST sniper is more squishy? Stug has more health, armor which can bounce something and OP stun shot. Puma is very good counter agasint Sherman or T34. What makes you think SU85 is best TD? Better air focres? Take a look at CAS, Stuka or even luftwaffe. B-4 is pure RNG right now. Sure, give OKW something like Stuka diving bomb to kill howies in doctrines. So you must gain vision and then use ability. but that's not problem with howie, but with OKW design. Still, there is off map which comes with Jaegers. In: COH2 Balance

In other words, replay is needed. When Im moving away just next to circle, planes are circling around and cannot attack me. No matter what I do, it's always the same. Sometimes 1 plane will attack me out of the circle but it's because I moved out from it when plane was already flying to attack. Stuka strike needs 2 strikes to kill 50%HP Strumtiger which is a much less time than P47s. And get 251/17 it will kill P47 after first wave. In: COH2 Bugs
Thread: Revisit the ISU-152 changes?2 Aug 2015, 10:20 AM It may be powerful, but very, very often shells cannot reach infantry because they end up in the ground somewhere in the middle. Not saying it's a problem - just saying it's not alaways possible to use it efficiently on each map. Countering it as Ostheer? Many ways to go... Elephnat (2 great doctrines), Pak43 (at least 1 very useful), CAS, Lightning - all work quite good agasint it. You can even try Panther/Stugs with sandbags since they increase range. In: COH2 Balance

Neither of them make up for the fact that it's the same price as the ML-20 despite being a worse artillery piece. Yes people still play OKW, but people still played Soviets back during old Tiger ace days and people played Axis during 100 range anti-everything ISU days. Someone forgot about great counter barrage.
