You know you've play too much COH2 when you see a ledge or overpass and think 'that's a great spot for a KV2'. In a bikerace you are not aloud to run two bicycles at the same time. It's the minimap, but bigger and on another screen. If you try it you'll see there is virtually no benefit other than the looks. Thread: CoH2 Running on Dual Monitors8 Apr 2014, 23:00 PM In case anyone is interested I found a way to do it using Open Broadcast Software: Add a game capture for CoH2 Open CoH2, start a custom game and pause it 'Preview scene' in OBS Click 'edit scene' Enlarge and move the image so only minimap shows Unclick 'edit scene' Move the OBS window to the second monitor Right click on the image 'fullscreen preview mode' In: Lobby

But I still think the anger is within the person, not magically transferred from the game no matter how unintuitive the mechanics. A person should be able to play a low quality game (or with little experience with games), even seriously, and not get angry. If they do, they should not blame the game. Also I'm not expecting people to be perfect, just to allocate responsibility appropriately. In: COH2 Gameplay
Thread: Balance forum with rank prequisite7 Apr 2014, 23:56 PM I'm not sure what exactly it is that's the difference, but I've played games that were balanced seemingly exclusively on data interpretation which did not turn out very well. Just as a suggestion, do not underestimate the importance of watching actual players in games and getting an understanding that graphs can't illustrate as well. Sorry for being vague. Edit: Maybe it's to do with an average not being indicative of an individual match, which can easily play out very differently from what appears to be working fine 'on average'. In: Site Feedback

Thread: Suggestions for tactical map4 Apr 2014, 18:26 PM I've wanted that since CoH1. Some may say it gives dual monitor users an advantage, however. I think it is the same as playing with a mouse that has extra buttons though. More convenience than game-changing. The big map on SupCom2 was also much more useful than CoH2's, as I remember it. Edit: The time it takes to move your eyes between screens and re-find your focus is probably longer than the ms it takes to show the map with the hotkey. In: COH2 Gameplay
