I was not able to make previous iterations work, but the Autovictory mod method is working for me just fine. Thread: What maps do you miss from CoH18 Apr 2015, 12:23 PM I liked Sturzdorf a lot, and Lorraine and Duclair were some of my favorite 2v2s. Linden is in the poll as a 4v4 but wasn't it a 2v2 in COH1? Granted, it was pretty big and probably better suited to 3v3 or 4v4. I'd also like to see some of the Eastern Front mod maps. I wrote back, "Hell yes I want Panzers! Can I get a side of Kettenkrads?" She didn't get it. When asked to do something that isn't really part of my job, I have to restrain myself from saying, "Build WHAT?" or "You do know we are Grenadiers, not Pioneers, ja?" In: Lobby
Thread: Commander Overlap a serious problem24 Nov 2013, 14:08 PM Throw another +1 on there for me. Too many of the commanders seem like a thoughtless jumble of abilities, with no clear strategic application. The DLC model for commanders is bad form and is to blame for this continual reshuffling and repackaging of the same abilities. Selling cosmetics like skins or nameplates is one thing, selling things that actually affect gameplay is another matter entirely. In: Lobby
Thread: Reflex speed19 Nov 2013, 14:36 PM Roughly 0.250 through a few rounds. Oddly, I'm right-handed but seemed to be getting slightly better times (~0.215-0.235) with my left hand. I'll chalk that up to years of WoW where the left hand handled the hotkeys and was responsible for more delicate timing. In: Lobby
Thread: [FINAL] Lemberg Fall 194419 Nov 2013, 02:12 AM I was on my way home this evening and a song from Rasputina's "Frustration Plantation" album came up. Somehow, I have formed a laser-like connection between that album and a particular period of binging on a new CoH map, so that's what I think of when I hear that album. I know, it's weird to me, too. So I'm driving home and thinking I need to find that map again, because I don't remember playing on it since, but I really enjoyed it. Wasn't until a couple minutes into this one that I realized this is that map. So, thank you for that. And for this. Edit: Was it always this big? Or are the maps in CoH2 generally that much smaller and I haven't noticed? In: Map Sharing
