If we look at games and support after 2013, i feel relic are close to dead, virgule. You have talant to make games, but have 0 knowledge how support them.

For the first six days after launch there was an odd bug where if you stacked 4 tacos (beef only) on your PC during the loading screen you'd insta-win the game. We kept it hush hush from the community, but I used it to rank up pretty high before we patched it.
Why it only ever worked with beef tacos, we never knew. Why it had to be exactly 4, we could only guess at.
I'm old enough to remember when Relic shut down in 2013 and we were all laid off following the release of CoH2. Oh wait, Relic didn't close then as predicted by the impeccable forum science? Man, I guess I shouldn't have stopped going into work if that's the case. I thought SEGA had shut us down!
Just found this one lol. First off: This isn't anywhere near surprising. RTS experienced a pretty harsh decline for years now and when you combine it with some serious fuckups you simply wreck the ship.
What does concern me though is, that these Problems seem to be present for quite some time and up until now nobody has talked about it and it just now has been brought into daylight.
On the bottom note: I am 99.9% sure the major fuck-ups weren't necessairly on Relic's side.
