The only thing I have ever talked to price about is what strategy to try in the tournament, he has not consulted me with anything else. Momo has recommended I look at the altered chat log you posted, which surprised me, because, if you say it was because you didn't like how that sounded, you would have at least noted something was changed in the original post, I would respect that, you didn't. He's changed them now to the original, but before he had "shut the fuck up" replaced with "be quiet", so as to make it look like I wasn't silenced from what I read. I would also like to note that, while my army is obviously battered, my P4 was not destroyed, yes it was 1% health, and I had 3 squads and was about to get repairs. However what people keep forgetting is I still had 341 VPS to DevM's 191 VPS, meaning I had time to regroup, rebuild, and repair. People act like they've never seen coh2 miracle comebacks before, in high level play. As a side note, what is done is done, I am not trying to alter anything or change the course of what has happened in the tournament, like I said, DevM advances, and I have congratulated him for it. My biggest regret in the tournament is not game 4 or 5, but game 1, where I chose to go maxims instead of penals. Maxims, even with bulletins and vet, cannot prevent flanks vs grens with the micro DevM had, I underestimated. I am respectfully upset about how things played out with the rules and what was said on steam and stream however, with game 4 and 5. I played against aimstrong, i didnt feel any bias towards him or me during these matches. I think you are trying to make some things way bigger then they are without seeing the full picture here. And for the record, say you would have been playing luvnest: i personally would have let luvnest continue bcs it was clear he won that game. The other messages can be seen, I'm merely pointing out the most crucial messages which determined the sequence of events that did occur. I know both you and A_E keep repeating "the rules are in favor of DevM, we gave you a favor", however the rules, from what I read, state to restart the game after every match, and report bugsplat screens, neither of which were done when DevM was giving his opinion. As well as what I have posted above, showing clearly stated bias, word for word, as well as words which, while if they were actually "be quiet", I would have understood the meaning moreover than "shut the fuck up", be it coming right after my opinions were being stated, not after DevM's opinions were being stated. If A_E had said "shut the fuck up everyone", then the message would have been clearer. Thus, I feel I have been lied to, when A_E posted this thread while changing the chat logs to show that "be quiet" is replacing "shut the fuck up". As well as my understanding of what was said by A_E during the stream clearly stating DevM would "defeat me that game, and defeat me in game 5" before the game was even played. I don't know how much more clearly I can state the obvious issue at hand. But after seeing the log being edited, and the post made, I felt that was very misleading. Like I said, I don't enjoy stupid drama for a tournament I love being a part of, however the way the whole situation went down, and how it was handled afterwards, is just plain wrong in my honest opinion. Ensure VP score of winner is written down after every game. In the event of a bugsplat/ crash: if both players agree - either restart the game or nominate a winner for that game of the match. If no agreement please save the replay and consult the referees. Please restart CoH2 before any tournament game activity, and close external programmes before playing, to avoid crashes. The "shut the fuck up" was to everybody, not only to vonivan. I noticed that and so did devm. AE was allowed to say that if he quickly wants to get EVERYONE silent. You should know all the things some players say to me during tournaments, i never cry about that as well. Like you never said "shut the fuck up" to get somebody silent lol 4. AND THIS IS AN IMPORTANT ONE: VonIvan wasn't reactin much during the WHOLE CONVERSATION. Not only at that moment, you can also SEE that in the SCREEN SHOTS. VonIvan was really silent from THE BEGINNING. Just to make that clear, i'm not blaiming you vonivan but it's true So this is a total bull shit argument as well, see the shit talking i ment? Nothing unfair here, please come with real arguments and really answer my questions or as i said before don't post dude... I was silent because of the way things were being handled, rules were overlooked and overturned, I wanted to say more and was waiting for everyone to give their side of the story but before I could argue or challenge anything I was shutdown and made to agree with the circumstances shown in chat. Vonivan do you think you would have won that game? A simple yes or no.... That's a loaded question. Obviously DevM had an advantage during the game before crash, however I do not think the game was over, I would have, if my P4 was dead, it was not. So I still, while small, had a chance. I also had time with the VPS (I had 312 VPS to devM's 139 VPS), and was about to get sturms to repair it. So the answer is nobody can say for sure in my honest opinion. In: GCS Discussion
