Still crashes.
Not sure if it is the program or it is really your installation.
Does it crash when you open the application or when you try to install?
Try this:
1 - Update .Net Framework:
http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=40779
2 - Uninstall CELO if you have it and make sure its program folder is deleted
3 - Restart PC
4 - Install CELO again:
