The best bulletins for OKW are the Shrek ones and the reduced suppression for Volks, which all stack btw.
3 Volk's suppression bulletins are hilariously good.
We made a test some time ago and i think it didn't do too much difference (against Maxims), on the sense that it required almost the same number of bursts at almost all distance and cover.

It deals between 50-90% damage on trucks. Guess what, most Offmap which cost the same or similar do the same thing. I don't get your issue with the AT nade bombing strike.
So if instead it was Time on target or the 155mm Artillery strike you wouldn't have a problem?

Whenever you put a truck on the front, you assume that sooner or later is gonna get bombarded. You analize risk/reward.
You don't like OKW design, then don't play it.

Well 5 to 6 conscripts, 3 to 4 guards, 4 shocks, not to mention 4 to 5 maxims, 4 t34 85s, 2 is2s. Very common in 2v2s, and just very lame. It is not that it is unbeatable, it is just boring, straight out boring and reptitive.
Then it's up to you to improve your gameplay and start facing people who are just better than that.
What's the difference with facing Gren spam CAS or Gren-2xMG42-Mortar-HT-PIV-Tiger/Elephant?
Evidently Tier 1 Soviet is cheese while Tier 2 is spam so some people end up eating a spam and cheese sandwich and feel the need to have some whine with it.

From all the factions, SU is the one with most options, the problem is that you are mostly stack with that option (due to commander selection or tech choice).
I could continue with the other factions but i think that's not the point.

Accuracy translates directly into DPS, other stats help but have a minor effect.

If you imply that the "antitank" (in fact anti-everything) air strike from soviet tank hunters doctrine is comparable with air strikes from CAS you cannot be more wrong. The CAS air strikes are targeting a small precise area that you are able to avoid if you are paying attention. Saw that so many times. The air strike from tank hunters you see it comming and you can't do shit. The moment that plane appears, your deployed truck/PAK43 and any other imobile unit/emplacement in the target area is doomed. That affects OKW more than Ostheer because OKW loses buildings, not just units. And it can do shit about it. The moment you see such a plane brought down by any kind of AA before releasing its payload, make a video and post it please.
So you are agreeing that every kind of skill plane, from the ones with strafes and the ones that delivers bombs are uncounterable right (on the sense that you can't kill them before them delivering their payload)?
The plane from the tanks doctrine is no different to the IL2 bombing strike or the fragmentation bombing from OH.
AA on this game is meant to counter loitering planes, not single pass planes unfortunately.
The thing is, if you can't defend your emplacements, don't put them on the front. A bombing strike is no different to an artillery call in that case. |
Ofcourse I'm not excluding bounces from a ZiS, but I know for 100% sure, that when you shoot 100 shots on a Tiger with a ZiS and 100 shots on a IS-2 with a Pak, you will get more hits on the Tiger than a IS-2. Even when you consider RNG it will,
What if told you that TTK is equally while using Pak vs IS2 and Zis vs Tiger.

Since it was on stream i can't really tell of it was recrewed by cons, but still 1 model died before FSJs managed to kill first model from mortar crew.
If you recrew a support weapon with whatever infantry unit, they will retain their weapon. Support weapon crew deals 1DPS (with 7dmg), so even if ALL entities shoot and hit it's just 28dmg. Another history if that was for example Conscripts with (16dmg), still it won't snipe you.
I flanked with a full health CE a MG42 and i still lost to the weapon crew...RNG happens.
