A point system per ability might be an idea. Or perhaps just use the CPs from the game.
Meaning that you could spend up to a cap like 18 CPs on one to 5 commanderabilities.

The point is that pre-patch the Tiger Ace player had no choice but to throw his Tiger into a knock-out raid. This meant running a big risk getting it killed.
Now the obvious strategy is to use the TA to hold positions for 10 mins and after that push with as well a superunit as a full 100 pop army.

But we didn't have that in COH1 either. I suppose there is a design reason behind it. All though I can't see what it would be. |
Dishka was delayed so te soviets have one less ati-vehicle option for a while.
As for the guards I don't know if it's ging to be a problem. I find that most of my vehicles die to AT-nades+small arms fire anyway. |
The problem is SI can be fixed by tuning. Elite cannot because it hinges on the Tige Ace. It cannot be removed or significantly nerfed because it would mean that a lot of customers wasted their money at nothing. |
Surely the OP has tried to have squads wiped by airattacks from both factions if he has played both sides?
I have been seeing this a lot lately. The problem seems to be the way that units are stunned so they don't get out of the kill zone - even if you ordered retreat immediately when the flare appears.
Maybe this will be changed by the new patch..? |
