Mate I wouldn't argue with his statement for the effort Tommy has put in it was enormous. Take it for granted that trying to achieve what you want will be an endless struggle. Tommy and Fatal experienced it first hand.
You are the best Belgian. Von Kluge is in fact Afrikaans, so doesn't count. He's not even Dutch =/
To get to the nub of your question, though, I do not feel that CoH2 is particularly good material for a proper, focused esports title. It's not SC2 or DOTA; it doesn't have that level of finesse or fine-tuned gameplay, and the fact it has DLC commanders released at fairly regular intervals (until now, at least) means that the external factors are simply too great and too inconsistent so as to allow for the sort of play that a global esports title requires.
In short, a game like CoH2 (it's a great game and I love it, obviously) has too much inherent instability within its sales framework in order for tight competitive play to be possible.
My .2 anyway...
EDIT: Ninja'd by Inverse. Have not read his post.
That's the biggest pile of rubbish I've read on these forums.
You could always do that. I don't think it's considered rage quitting when you just inform your opponent trough the chat that you can't do anything more to turn the game in your favour
How correct are the leaked patch notes? Sure they could be right up to a certain point but are they complete?
As customers (cause that's what we are after all) it's better to await an official statement and then, and only then, we can start speculating, giving feedback and suggestions. I've see some ridicilous replies here that only feeds negativity and anger towards the upcomig patch. Who knows they implement a hotfix or release the next patch quicker? We can only guess and that's why this thread is is pretty useless imo.
Agreed but let me ask you a question : if you were working at Relic and you know that you've made your beta testers sign an NDA, thus trusting them to work in discretion and all of a sudden, patch notes leaked. Would you be happy? No.
It's all about trust people. We had leaks here in the past. This damages the relation Relic has with CoH2.org and that's not beneficial for everybody involved. I'm sure everybody understands this.
I understand what you're trying to say Neo but hey, what can we do? Sure we can state our opinions and yeah we can nag and talk about things "that Relic should do".
Maybe they are working on it? Who knows? I think they've received enough crap from us to know how we think 'bout the game. We all love it but (insert wishes here)...
As long as something is not relased officialy, I don't see the point discussing it nor critizising it.
