yeah your over reacting mate, why would the devs purposly make one faction better? and ruin their own game as a result. id think about what you say before you say it |

Really pleased about the new patch and my pal who is not a member of the forums game will not update on steam he rebooted but it just wont happen and now he cant play online or gain xp. anybody else having this or know the solution? |
yeah the 200 pop cap sucked. i always went USA and insta built the classic age wonder that gave you plus 50 pop
It was annoying late game where you had capped your resources gathering rate and had to murder 50 of your civillian units as well to free up population. |
I only pick the bullitens for he cons/guards everybody gets a couple of those early game. But on the other hand i look at the opponents bullitens and decide what strat to use based off that |
i spent ages playing this game. The econemy side to it was superb but the combat design was terrible

i play 2v2 alot so my build order depends who im playing with but usually i build t1 then penel then get my engie to build fuel point then get conscript and 2 more penels. its not an air tight plan but they can be really good at getting mgs to pack up and can own grens. |
Hey, im a big fan of the penel squads and they should be changed slightly in regards to the satchel.
When i throw a satchel no amount of micro can get them to quickly move from the blast radius i usaully lose 2 members at the least. Please either increase the throw range or for perhaps 5muni give them an after satchel only oorah for a few secs to clear the area. |
The Penal Batalions are really good in my opinion, they work well with conscripts so that they can take alot of damage and then be merged to keep on going, they are an effective counter to mg spam, penal in scout car drives right up to the mg hops out satchel charge and you now own that bit of map.
Id like to see them get the AT grens but no oohrah and remove the flamer as the upgrade and instead give them 2 shotguns for close range killing power (i dont know how historical that is) i disagree with them being given PTRS upgrade because to me they are not a unit you want standing still to attack with ever, with the conscript merge they should be a cheap mans non doctrine shock troop not guards. |
good idea, id like to see vet1 abilites be alot more mixed. i for one have never used the heal ability mainly because its the vet 1 gren who has hurt himself getting to vet1 early game and by the mid game i have built my healing bunker rendering the ability almost pointless |
