So uhhh... Howitzer nerf KV2 nerf DSHK nerf PG nerf Stug G nerf Relic haet niche units. Though I guess PGs were hardly niche. But still. I also like small touches like the already inferior ZiS getting a smaller improvement than the PaK, the G43s now apparently being the best weapon in the game on the move (SMGs easier to use than semi-automatic rifles? Perish the thought, this is COH!), ram being made into even more of a lottery, etc. In: COH2 Gameplay |

Making them cheaper doesn't help them scale at all anyway. If cons cost 200mp they would have a few seconds of advantage over grens coming out earlier, but long term that equates to approximately 2 free reinforces and then we're right back to where we are today. Well...they'd also cost 17 instead of 20 to reinforce then, but I do agree it would solve almost nothing about how conscripts are pointless against grens with weapon upgrades. In: COH2 Balance |

Nah, it's still useful in that one single niche. The damage bonus against weapon teams pretty much guarantees that the conscripts will force the MG42 to relocate if there isn't another squad around to help it dps the cons down. It's just that this niche doesn't actually exist against 99% of the playerbase thanks to them playing with wildly inventive build orders that can be typed with one button on the keyboard. It used to be op a long time. They nerfed it to be useless except as a tool to own MG42s by avoiding suppression. Now that everyone is busy spamming out 5+ grens with no mg42s it's just useless except for baiting your opponent into riflenading squads you'd retreat anyway. In: COH2 Gameplay |

It hasn't shown mines or bunkers being built for a month now. 99% of the playerbase is spamming one or two units as germans so pretty much the only useful info that comes out of radio intercept is whether they tech or not. Knowing when another gren squad comes out is so op man. In: Replays |
