A better idea would be to split teching between emplacements and mobile units. So give UKF the option to go with a mobile 81mm mortar and AEC with one option or with the other the Bofors and Mortar Pit. Call the tech trees "Static Defense" and "Mobile Assault" or something like that.

Lately theres been lots of discussion if the jackson is OP a not. I feel that while the jackson is a extremely strong TD. Its fast, can engage almost all axis armour, has a turret, it has to be to make up for the utter lack of any reliable AT for USF(zooks are inconsistent. USF AT gun require muni dumb to pen anything stronger than ostwind consistenly, Sherman cannot fight Pz4 on equal terms). A lot of suggestions have been made and i wil try and compile them. These are some suggestions i found that i feel will balance the Jackson while making USF playable in late game.
1) Decrease the jackson Hp and add another late unlock Stronger USF AT gun.
2)Decrease the jackson speed
3) Add M10 and put M36 behind another tech.
4) Give RE rifleman mines, buff M1 AT gun stock pen , decrease HVAP reload and cost, Make jackson 3 shot kill.(my personal addition)
5) Add ranger super zooks, make jackson 3 shot.
6) Buff sherman HP to panther level(make it 130 fuel) and make jackson 3 shot kill.
i like to here what do people think of these changes?

Cluster bombs can also wipe anything on the map edge.
I mean that frag bombs fly in so far is impossible to dodge when deployed at the map edge while cluster bombs are avoidable. |
