The most common problem with balancing ins overbuffing and nerfing. The changes would basically buff IS brens and PIATS with a 40% reload and a 20% weapon cooldown in cover with no penalty out of cover. Another change that needs to be made is their moving accuracy. I agree on that.
Just get rid of the whole cover nonsense with UK, the whole thing is gimmick and unreliable as hell.
I just think that the history of UKF thus far has been underpowered core infantry cancelled out by extreme faction cheese. One of the best buffs you could give to infantry sections is to switch base damage to their damage out of cover and strengthen them to their original normal damage once they leave cover. Right now you just have shitty vickers damage when you are out of cover.
IS can't flank for shit, needs cover to be effective so these guys are less mainline inf and more like mobile def emplacements that needs tons of babysitting. If UKF got base healing, nobody would use IS ever.
now that u say that....it reminds me. I think airburst does cause a vision critical if it hits vehicles, ill fact check that in a second but I just forgot.. i dont use anvil that much and I definitely dont hit vehicles with it that much when I do.

I had panzer tactician in the early versions of this but I cut it, it doesnt do anything other than create abig billow of smoke.
sherman smoke...same thing really. smoke doesnt do anything modifier wise other than forcing you to attack ground.
The other guides cover stuff like that enough either way, i think.
the panzer commander arty drops 5 really really really accurate shells with like a 10 second delay. one shots all howitzers

No way OKW got the same amount of troops as OH and UKF, there army size is more comparable to USF and sometime if Soviet goes Guard/Penal combo their forces even rival SU. OKW late game is way better than USF and SU if they do not goes IS-2 or T-34/85.

Hey can RE with both flamethrower and minesweeper use the Anvil upgrade because it is possible you would use all 5 slots with RE.
also the anvil shells just have bigger aoe and all the shells travel/come down in like 2 seconds, iirc

Hey Cookiez you should also add smoke to both OH and USF vehicle and Major abilities, also I haven;t used the ability for a while so how does the arty from Panzer Commander of OKW's Elite Armor work?
Both vanilla factions needs their repair and healing speed fixed. A damaged vehicles means you won't be able to use it for a good 2 minutes.
With some tweaks they could be more tolerable than their current blob-enabling,empowering state.
The one for OKW is going to be the most expensive one and a vet feeder for arty usually, so that one is already fixed and nerfed to the ground.
Make forward retreat a limited time ability like vCOH Captain retreat, so that you can only used them sparingly so it would fix the current blob + FRP meta. Maybe add some muni cost to the ability too.
My idea for Mollies: change its cost to 50 muni (maybe more), the ability changed to Molotov Assault, all Conscript will sprint up to the target and throw mollies (ala vCOH assault), ignore suppression but they take increased dmg/received acc during the duration. I thing it would fit with Conscript theme and make Mollies useful, the idea is using this ability during mass assault, you lose some Cons model (maybe the whole squad) to dislodge entrenched MG.
