This guide was originally intended for the Festung Armor Support. Basically you can use the same strategy and use the pak 43 instead of the Elephant. Basiclly u can use this strategy every fck time and most of ppl do this becouse its only way to beat russians - oh well u can also make a pure spam greens - rest is still the same no fck matter which doctrine u picked, the thing is the Panzer Tactician is a nice buff to Germans and it seems to be "the best" from all early buffs u can get as Ger, nothing less or more. And the Elephant - If someone is leting u to make Elephant it only means he lost the game 10 minutes ago and u didnt make check mate yet. Anyway grats for making strat. In: Guides
Thread: Great, they switch the MG spamfest to Ostheer13 Jul 2013, 20:02 PM I need to agree,the problem is the area of MGs dmg,to high imo and second problem is their survivability in buildings but thats the problem of both ger and rusians. But also what i wanna to mention is what Nullist said - in some point i can see the same balance,maybe just Rusians need to stop 4x cons. In: COH2 Balance

Thread: Do you like new patch?11 Jul 2013, 11:42 AM Word about early russian and their 6 man squads - i feel like relic were trying to make smtf like in real ww2 - i mean mass russian infantry vs germans with lower amout of troops with better equipment and im ok with fact that russian can cap faster etc what i dont like is the fact that ability to cap faster goes together with getting advantage witch is not fair - what i mean there should be some balance between fast caping ability and price for some units/upg and doctrines. BTW to the end of world we will have only 2 fractions ? becouse i belive one day we will die bored. In: COH2 Balance
Thread: Do you like new patch?11 Jul 2013, 11:24 AM IMO those changes went wrong way : - russian mortars - they had good dmg and its ok its a mortar - the problem was with killing those mortar squads - i think lower squad would be ok - good dmg but some risk with loosing mortar - that what should be changed now it seems they will be useless - those russian and german halftracs - i know many ppl rage about they r op etc but imo there was a fair balance between their dmg and possibilites to kill them.What i would do is in first place made them cost much more fuel etc and (u can start rage) made them a bit stronger. Why ? becouse then we would have an option to go strong unit vs infantry but with higher cost of fuel it would force u to be late with tanks and for other hand it would make some different ways - haftracs and strong early or pure infantry into tanks with strong mid/late all with some risk but still with making some decision. What i hate now is like every game starts the same - infantry into tracks and both russian and ger do the same and basicly both r destroyed by at nades or shrecs or w.e u call it. About su85 - im like - ye its strong as fck but again i rather to see they make those su85 cost more, rather then make them weaker becouse the problem with su85 is (range for sure) and timing when its show up. They just have much higher EQ not raging around Guy i just saw your replay "spamtest2" I understand the pure idea witch spam but no offence u r pretty bad. 1st of all what is the sense of spaming pioniers since they r worst unit ever 2nd if u swap to 221 - save ammo for upg becouse u lost ammo to upg ur pioniers and if this soviet guy would have a bit of iq and skill he would accutally end that game early since u were late with ur upg and u could again spam "op soviet car" . Anyway u lost 2 sqads of pionniers early from 1 nade : \| 3rd again i understand point of spam ur cars but fml what for ? if they can be countered by that doctrine unit ? pioniers/221 combo ? : ) both countered by 1 fck unit xD 4th and what is the funniest this soviet guy who plaayed terrible/he didnt do nothing,whole game like 3 pionniers 2/3 cons : \ at the end of game made t70 and crushed half of your r army : ] 1 PG died chasing,1 died freezing, it was like 1st engage or even hes 1st unit move rotfl.Tnx god he didnt make 2 x t70 becouse then for sure it would be opines ; ) Rly no offence but if this is your ideas to pratice or checking if it can work u r on wrooooong way. U see that shows ur point o view - u r like "wtf i need to spend 240 at once" no nobody said that - first of all PG r far better inf that any rusian have - second thats why their upg cost that much becouse u can have them early and they r strong, and they can stay strong even vs those T70.Soz guy but for me u r typical guy who dont rly understand what RTS games r. For u balance is -oh he made "A" i will make "b" send it to the field and i won - gg - game is balanced. Soz but RTS games aint simple like that. An example from starcraft/broodwar - dragons main counter were zerlings but well played dragons could own those zerlings - otherhand dragons were countering hydras but well played hydras could won that fight - this is what we call "outplayed" and this is a different story then a balance. Thread: Another opinion thread3 Jul 2013, 07:42 AM Ad4 U know why ? becouse german inf is stronger then russian - ofc all of u will now start trash talk soviets op blablabla -its not truth - greens can kill early russian trucks - as a russian u need those doctrinal inf - as a german u may deal with early russian tanks with PG > and they counte those doctrinal russian inf - as a russian u need a tank or at ofc but at is bad against inf > get the point. And after all there is that jagger inf doctrine which ppl think is bad - but its not - ofc if u r not a spamer of your upg. In: COH2 Gameplay
