Commonwealth and other allied nations vs Other axis nations with some german support would be better. |
A "bit" old and off-topic, but still hilarious. Worth watching:

And su85 was never seen again, lol
Both should have disadvantages and advantages; the choice depends on playstyle and not which is better.
It could work IMO, less commanders and call-in bs. |
I don´t know whether I get the OPs request right, but the current Russian faction is the late war Russian army.
You get IS-2 late models, T-34/85s, ISU-152s - all stuff introduced in 1944.
The only thing that´s missing imo are SU-100 and ISU-122. Stuff that should be introduced in a doctrine.
Or having the ability to swap these units. I mean you choose to use SU-85 or a pricy Su-100 before the battle. It worked in CoH 1 ToV and we wouldn't get more retarded commanders. Also it would more diverse. |
Same happens to volks, they just stare at the enemy and don't throw that 'nade. But it seems they are also bugged and refuse to retreat after the grenade bug happens. |
^^
True- 1-2 Shock Squads are a big problem for OKW as they lack of suppressing weapon and by the time you get any reliable AI those guys will have vet. I had a game where 2 vet 3 shocks just ran aroud the map, sending all OKW units home, while taking minor losses.
"I don't see a need to nerf Axis as much as I see a need for buffs and changes to Soviet"
versus
"fairly decent balance that currently exists between Eastern armies."
It's true that the Ost vs Sov was decently balanced, but let's avoid overbuffing and overnerfing units on both sides, it would cause more problem.

Fixing war spoils, then performance issues, then giving out lots of extra free content instantly as a way to apologise for those things not being addressed for so long.
Just kidding, it will probably be new content, which won't be obtained by 90% of players for months.
You left out the part that they will also give an unfair advantage and won't be fixed for months. |
Guys!
I know made mistakes during the game (like not choosing Lufwaffe), but apart from that against this type of play what OKW supposed to do on this map. Any type of tips are welcomed. |
USF's Infantry Company's LMG needs tweaking. Rifle Company is damn beast, needs some adjustments.
Soviets: I have no idea why it's so hard to reduce the maxim's crew number.
Dane has it right about the Wehrmacht, their teching cost is way too high compared to the USF. Getting T4 doesn't worth it and right now countering USF depends on commanders.
Assault Grenadiers are still good vs rifles on closed maps.
OKW:
Jagdpanzer IV is amazing, if supported with volks + raketen-4. I saw tons of them being succesfull.
Kübelwagen is very good, just requires some micro, mine always pays off.
Volks will be good once the rifles will be balanced, if neccessary they can get a little bit of long range DPS increase, but this is radical, they should be defensive/support units and doesn't deserve any AI upgrade.
About their economy, they do well. An upgrade for the truck would be cool to remove the the -1/3 income from the sector they are occupying.
Pz II is very good if you rush it (keep it stationary). Moving it to an another would be awfull. We knew what happened when early, well-microed light tanks come out........ |
Is the Kubelwagon able to do anything? I imagine it gets ripped to shreds due to it's large target and low health, but it might be able to flank/suppress the maxim due to it's speed?
Even 2 volks do better. Kübel gets shreded by maxims or atg. |
