To be fair 40 of the first 90 turrets assembled for the Tiger H1 (after the Porsche Tiger program was cancelled) were assembled by Krupp. These were turrets converted from the Tiger P to the Tiger H1. So yes, while you can say that Krupp did not assemble the Tiger H1 (or Tiger Ausfärung E), they were a part of the process.
