It has since been nerfed a little too much. As Katitof said, it would go a long way if its veterancy was improved. Though the truth is that the tank is in need of a slight buff, there is no need to insult the devs working at Relic. I will politely ask you to refrain from such behavior in the future. It's absolutely necessary to insult them Dingbats, absolute moon cats! I politely give them my money and they give me nothing but a big pile of human waste on wheels/tracks. Please buy a comet tank and you will NOT kill any infantry. While one tiger tank shell will murder and full squad of British troops. RIDICULOUS! I have saved games, that I only save because of this reason alone. To show people how AWFUL the game was designed. A game that comes to mind, one game this comet tank didn't move. Just sat there shooting at other German tanks, this Comet tank missed ALL six shots before being killed, SIX times! SIX! One, miss. Two miss. Three miss. Four miss. Five miss. Six miss.!!! Then blew up by two PANZER 4's. Yes PAZER 4's!!! Two Cromwell's could NEVER, NEVER take on ONE tiger tank! Whoever made that decision in the board room! What a bunch of Moon Cats. In: COH2 Gameplay

Its main gun having cromwell performance with lower reload against infantry doesn't help either. Just don't bother with comet until maybe it'll get changed in the future. Maybe COH2 will update it, just to make it worse. They're a bunch of high level circus clowns up at COH Department! It's like the game designers, while talking in the board room Said "Right, everyone! Before you make the best British tank for the game 'The Comet Tank', don't forget to make 'The Comet Tank' the worst tank in the entire game. Make it miss, every shot aiming at the ground and not the tanks. Aloso make sure it, CANNOT effect any Infantry. It must have the Tank crew handle their Tanks, as if they've been trained for 25 minutes......And not fighting as if they've been at war already with Germany for Four Years." Reply "Are you sure, people are not going to like this. So make the tank costing, 130 fuel?" Pause....... Reply "No, you fool! It's 185 FUEL! You're fired" In: COH2 Gameplay
