I'd be fine with them if a) they were destructible or b) they can be picked up. It's just the fact that they are blocking vehicles. My point is that it's a problem, it needs to be fixed but it's possible to write your argument from another thread "it saved me therefore it's ok". So while you're claiming that it's wrong to have an easy A-move unit, it's right to have the ISU which is essentially the king of A-move units. If you'd actually said "countering a-moving a panzer fusilier blob shouldn't be harder than a-moving the counter." I'd totally agree with you and call for changes there. But you didn't. You said the ISU saved the day. The ISU almost always saves the day because it's a ridiculously strong unit. Cruzz's ideas aren't bad but it needs to have the squad-wipe ability removed. I can only ask you to trust me that if the elefant was deleting one of your vet squads every 10 seconds AND destroying your tanks, you'd be saying the same thing as me. In: COH2 Gameplay

Indestructible tank traps on chokepoint maps is gg right there. It's totally fine and working as intended. I had a game yesterday vs 7 Maxims and 3 Stormtrooper blobs. Guess what saved the day? Opponent had no less than 5 panzerfusiliers blobbed up, he didn't even try to spread them out plus another blob of 3 schrecked volks. Needless to say which unit saved the day. Soviets have so many other options to handle blobs. Do you think if the ISU wasn't here, a 5-PF blob would be unstoppable? See above post for ideas. In: COH2 Gameplay

It should get some of its range back to make it a viable unit again. Weirdly enough the OKW get an elephant that has more range, more AoE, and can shoot through buildings. All while costing the same as a Wehrmacht elephant. I dunno, 290 (380 for OKW) is more than the elefant. But yes, definitely weird that Ostheer doesn't get something like this when OKW has it. One got 340, guess what he used? (forum guys: "LOL MICRO, HE USED SKILLZ U SUKZOrsss") He was very good but I don't think 340 kills good. ISU forwards-backwards micro was perfect. In: COH2 Gameplay

The Ostheer AI mines have signposts, I think Demo should be equally visible too. Anyway, the point isn't about asthaetics or reality, it's about an invisible bomb that can wipes several squads. it's imbalanced. I'm not against demo as a concept, I'm not even against only the allies having it (excluding OKW booby traps), I'm against it being possible to place it anywhere you like and get easy 2-click squad wipes. Frikadelle - I agree that good decisions like positioning should be rewarded, but isn't the reward for a simple demo placement too high? If OKW or Ostheer players were doing this to you all the time, would you still feel it is ok? In: COH2 Balance
