I think all your points have been adjusted really. Soviet t3 is more viable now, su85s are still powerfull but not the no-brainier it used to be. Mg42 is in a good spot at the moment. Blitz trucks in teamgames are still there, but they cost 300mp now. Also per doctrines have taken the spotlight. Soviet industry and elite troops fora ostheer have bee the talk of the town. Soviet industry has received various nerfs over time and is most likely more or less in line now. Elite troops also got a major nerf latest patch and even if potent, it's also more or less ok now. Tiger ace no longer free and has major stats changes for the better balance wise. Also, some maps have been removed from rotation like Pripyat and rzhev summer.
