If I were to propose any change it would be something defensive that either allows it to 1) hold it's ground or 2) breakthrough (slowly).
In that vein I'd go with sherman style smoke launchers, some kind of "you can't move but you get buffed" siege mode like ability, or a muni-costing HE skillshot that lets you deal with a blob. |
Bruh, just do what I do when you get matched with someone much better than you and also has a sense of humor like Von/Bao.
Go 100% meme build.
Unleash the Kubel cavalry, attack them with ambulances loaded with riflemen instead of medics, build a blob of HMGs and a-move all of them together so they can't be flanked, do a full engineer/pioneer army who spams muni caches + mines everywhere, etc.
Have fun, in other words, they may just meet you halfway and meme with ya. |
This sounds like something I wouldn't enjoy, and deflection damage seems much more appropriate... but for the sake of my curiosity, how much would fast firing vehicles like Luchs, Centaur, Ostwind, 222, or t-70 get?
|
Well, this thread got poisoned real fast. |
I think giving it a higher accuracy shot for a premium muni cost (even 150) is perfectly fair considering there are now uncounterable commander abilities that are near perfect accuracy (time on target artillery; stuka dive bomb).
This one would require not only a hefty muni cost, but also having the howitzer built in the first place, vetted, and also limited by its own range.
edit: also, switch the ml-20 in tankhunters tactics with b4 as well ;] |
Kind of a throwback to Dawn of War 1, too. |
Was this secretly a thread to teach people how to count under the guise of a gameplay complaint?
We should call in the count.
One snare... a-ha-haaaa
Two snares... a-ha-haaaa |
Oh my bad, i misinterpreted that then
Eh, no worries. |
I understand what OPs referring to, I'm just sharing that I have found other abilities that you have to watch when you use from outside of its range -- like the AT satchel.
|
Some abilities are like this where if you click to use it while out of range, you'll just keep walking up to the thing and not use it on.
Often it's best to babysit anything you said to "throw" an at-nade or at-satchel if you were not in range when you clicked it. |
