Rough games, Theo. If you don't mind me asking, why Soviets on Crossroads? You did so well with USF vs. Luvnest on that very same map.
His ruthless but excellently carried out aggression surprised me a lot even though I knew he would play according to it. I thought I could repeat my success from the Qualifiers' finals with Soviets. DevM has adapted to my Penal build and destroyed it consequently though.
So you got faction choice in G3, Theo? What was the VP score after the first two games? With Allies winning all 3 games in this set, it looks like VPs are gonna be hugely important in close match-ups.
I had 406 VPs when I won and Luvnest had 394 VPs when he won. We both won as Allies.
Too obvious. My guess is somebody pretending to be Paul.
Paul doesn't make such an great effort regarding hiding his smurfing. This "Lelic Judge Dredd 008" was formerly known as "Char Aznable" and before that as "Heavy Stuart Combined Arms".
Here the replay where Paul made another COH2.ORG smurf account called "justic007" (already permanently banned ) and where "Char Aznable" appears in the replay:
And in this replay we have "Heavy Stuart Combined Arms" (being called so due to the bug regarding "Combined Arms" ability from Heavy Cavalry Company which Paul has abused on his 2nd Steam smurf account):
Paul has even tried to huggermugger that all those names do belong to one and the same smurf aka Paul by renaming it so often that his original name disappeared but fortunately we have this awesome feature at COH2.ORG that allows us to click on the players in replays. If we now click at both "Char Aznable" and "Heavy Stuart Combined Arms" we will be directed to "Lelic Judge Dredd 008".
"Heavy Stuart Combined Arms" has also sniped Momo4sho123's USF when he streamed. Momo has used "Combined Arms" ability bug afterwards being accused by Paul who posted the replay of him playing as his 2nd smurf account.
(You can do an IP check to confirm my proof in case of doubts.)
Quod erat demonstrandum.
P.S.: Paul's 1st Steam smurf was formerly known as "HOI KimJongUn", "HelpingDonalaldTrump", "HelpingBrits", etc and is now called "Procter of LELIC 007".
VPs when you lose are always zero. All that matters is how many VPs you had when you won. If he had 500 in the second game (in which you lost), he was probably the VP leader. Just remember to write down the VPs you have when you win.
So he chose USF for game 3 and then you beat him with Wehr? Not bad. Who chose the map?
Very interesting. Good to know! He had more VPs when he won than me when I won.
We decided to play on the same map as in G1 and G2.
How did the faction/map picking go for this one, if you remember?
Cruzz shall correct me if I recall something wrongly:
If I remember correctly I had the VP lead in the first game. Our second game lasted like 3 minutes so that I had more VPs in total (G1 + G2) and thought that I had faction selection (because I was the VP winner) but Cruzz insisted: He told me that since I surrendered so early I had literally no VPs from G2 and he was definitely in VP lead there as well as the winner. As a consequence, I conceded and gave Cruzz faction selection. We chose to play the same map.
