@miragefla For the commander choices. Why is Ostruppen one of the choices? Did people seriously vote for revamping this commander? I mean I've found this commander super effective in 1v1s and 2v2s. Just curious to what everyone's thoughts were on this choice, considering there are a couple others that are nonexistent.
OST officer - improving this unit would help a few OST doctrines
OST Sector Artillery - replacing this ability with Zero Artillery from OKW would help a few doctrines as well or simply make sector Artillery non sector dependent
OST Close the pocket Doctrine - I'd personally would like to see a complete rework of this doctrine since.... lets be honest this is a fucking troll doctrine for 4v4s (in my opinion), but more importantly is incredibly map dependent and still incredibly difficult to pull off, especially in 1v1s and 2v2s.
age of empires with integrated destructible cover system? Yes please. Be interesting if they implemented something like a coh cover system and then allow us to go from the dark age to the modern age utilizing the cover system through out the ages.
Semo, crossing, and karkov should be no brainers to be removed due to their size. They're 1v1 maps.
Moscow could be a great map if they fix the north, which is the time it takes to travel to the cut off and the time going from the cut off to the fuel.
Refinery has great potential with a few changes to pathways for infantry to travel through until medium tanks are out.
Minsk mostly just needs updates to their cut offs being so far away. Also this map is a little to symmetrical.
Rails and metal the southern fuel needs to be moved farther away from the house and I feel like that would solve most of the issues with the map.
These are just short little insights I've found would be helpful for 2v2 map pool from my time as a dedicated 2v2 player.
Why is the scope so focused on unit buffs and nerfs and stat changes and so little or no focus at all on reworking and updating team maps. It's core problem to team games not the units themselves. Hell the elefant wouldnt be dominant if many of the maps weren't so open.
