I completely disagree. 5 men Rak is still easier to wipe than 4 man Pak40 due to not having any gun shield and the way Raketenwerfer crews clump up when moving the gun. HE Sherman, Scott Pak Howi, Bar Blobs, they can all wipe the Raketenwerfer without any problems. In: COH2 Gameplay

And it's in a 35 fuel tier? Rak is 290. M1 is 270. OKW tech is overall not cheaper than USF tech so the tier argument is completely meaningless. Yes M1 costs more muni. But it also has 10x better stats than the Raketenwerfer when muni is used. Including around 66 range, self spotting, insane ROF, etc. In: COH2 Gameplay

Should be updated. No it's not. It still has less range. Also still has less penetration than Pak40. Takes ages to aim. Has no gun-shield. Hits terrain a lot. In: COH2 Gameplay

They're really cheesey against USF because of the lack of rocket arty and can just retreat away after gibbing tanks in blobs of 2. Yes when they become Pak 40 clones in terms of stats. In team games, if axis don't have their own super heavy TDs, its on them and not on the ISU. Sure lets's all use Pumas to kill late game ISU. Katitof said it so it must work. Ele/JT are not a reliable ISU counter because of IL2 precision bombing + mark target coming in the same doctrine. In: COH2 Balance

Panthers have 50 range and have blitz. ISUs are slow and require a manual reload in order to be able to damage them and can't fire on the move. So the solution is to dive a 260 fuel ISU with multiple 185 fuel Panthers and hope for the best? Sounds very balanced. Good thing Soviets can't spam mines, urra+snares, use Zis3 and SU85.
