Best counter is light vehicle. T70 prefered. But if you can't get a light, target the officer as previously said, otherwise blob yourself. The officer may be an aura unit, but its aura is actually pretty weak for the investment. |
While I don't perticularly care currently about possible revamp changes etc because it is late here for me, I do agree that fortifications is actually too strong.
From a 1v1 standpoint only: Playing against LeFH in 1v1 as USF is actually full fledged cancer. S-mine spam on volks which you have like 4 of, bunkers potentially, and then finally LeFH guarded by schwer HQ. If the LeFH hits the ambo or enough bleed it immediatly gets validated for its investment. |
Without watching: OKW sturggles a lot vs MGs, so I tend to always have 1 sometimes 2 on the opener vs OKW.
Edit: I'm just gonna do a full review here. Gimme an hour.
After watching: You lack capping in this game because you heavily lack capping squads. You had only 1 section the entire game, and your engineers would either be repairing or just sitting AFK. You lost 2 engineers, 1 to body block cheese which is annoying, but ultimately you lost it to not reacting quickly enough with the squad.
Just try and keep your squads active and less ambush camo stuff if you want to cap more. You got a lot of wipes because of commando camo gammon bombs but the OKW play was also floating a lot. If he had spent his resources you could've really been in trouble.
If you don't use the tactical map I highly recommend it to keep your squads moving.
Essentially you didn't have capping squads. You had a UC, a vickers, a sniper and 2 commandos you were using for ambush. That's 5 squads who arn't capping. |
The barrage ability is exactly what this is, an increase in RoF at the cost of accuracy. |
Then explain very low USF and UKF win rate against ost in CGS2.
Also, ost always had capable infantry.
But its not "I spam one unit to win" army, its combined arms army.
The one unit IWIN army is OKW there.
There is also this cost thing you know, if opponent got 3x 300mp squads, you aren't going to pay much more for 4x240mp ones and LMGs are going to make mp bleed insufferable.
And what exactly sits in your head to think that mid/low range infantry should be able to fight all/long range oriented weapons/squads?
Sorry, but ost isn't a weaksauce you're trying to make it out to be in terms of infantry.
Every time I think Katitof is stepping out of his shoes I look at the name and it's Butcher. I mean you guys are killing me with the same pic here. |
Just shoot it with rifles till it gets close to finishing then satchel. You're arguing that you lost 45 munitions when he loses over 100MP and 15F. I think you'll be fine. |
god but I gardening love puppies. |
Yeah so now imagine trying to kill a JT or Ele in teamgames. There's annoying stuff like that on both sides.
JT and ele are not invincible especially against soviets who have mark target. It's more of a map problem than a unit problem. Flanking on steppes is pretty easy. Flanking on road to cutoff as north is impossible. |
What vipper and loopdloop already said. I dont think anyone would use the term dynamic for this kind of graph/function/relationship, and I'm pretty sure if you tried to describe a non-constant linear function as dynamic in an academic setting, people would look at you weird.
Edit: beating you over the head with this
I'm sure people would look at me weird if I used dynamic in an academic setting. Shouldn't you be beating me over the head with snipers? |
Got it. All good now. |
