I'm totally not going to abuse that. Also I have no idea if he was the one to fix that. Mr. Smith did a lot of good for the game even though many didn't appreciate it at the time.

@OP I just see a 5 second clip of a p4 missing a shot and a jackson hitting one. Not that I don't think the jackson doesn't need some kind of tune down or price change, but as far as that specific situation went, glide shots were not used, therefore more RNG.

I think the best thing to do would be to make it shoot in a circle and give it the brummbar treatment. High blast AoE but small instant kill radius. Rather difficult to balance though when the animation is 6 massive rockets as opposed to 8-20 medium sized ones.

Top righthand corner by your name -> "no new messages" -> create PM -> title is something relevent to your replay, and add one of these users: ShadowLinkX37, sturmpanther, elchino7, or AtomicRockets. One of us is usually on in rather short amount of time.

We do need a replay though since users can change their names on steam we cannot know who it was without one.

The AP round has like 220 penetration at close range (Panther has 300 armor) but at like mid range and long range its only like 20 or 30 better penetration than the Anti infantry round, which has a 4 second reload rather than a 6 second one

HVAP penetration at 220/180/165; standard rounds have a penetration of 140/130/120.
HVAP accuracy at 0.06/0.0425/0.035; standard rounds have 0.05/0.0375/0.025.
HVAP reload at 6.1; standard rounds have 4.1/4.5 reload.
HVAP AOE radius at 0.25; standard rounds have a radius of 2.

You can't always control where your squad stands on bushes which is the problem. If they are directional cover that makes fighting from bushes extremely frustrating.
