Okay, put the mortars in the T2 and USF will be the only faction that has to spend fuel both to have MG and to have some map control, and to make a miserable mortar! Will we have to do rear echalon to combat its VG equipped with STG44 (in the best of hypothesis)? OKW has an infantry that can lift sandbags from the start of the game without spending anything! It has the best infantry unit in the beginning, the stormpioneer, look how cool! Not to mention that it has kubelwagem which is quite annoying to give you if the player OKW is not bad of micro! Complaining you full belly friend!

@OP Nope, bad idea. It would butcher Ostheer's map control even further, since you NEED and mg42 and can't spend the manpower on some other capping units.
As for other suggestions for removing cloak from rakettens. If you do so, you need to remove the raketten. The thing can't do much without its cloak.
The problem with maxim spam is that there are 6 guys in a maxim weapon team. If you have 3 or 4 maxims in buildings, you are in a bad world of pain. We must be careful with nerfing maxim, it can be cast into horribleness easily again. |

I like that you are thinking of newer and newer things, just don't take it too far. The Penals already have PTRS, there is no need for a sticky satchell...
Why not make the conscripts a better at unit? This will leave the penals in t1 to have good anti infantry and have the conscripts as backup from hq for whenever the need for at arises. |

Either don't give a fuck about the game or give a fuck but actually care about it. Relic is just doing half assed work now. Just look at it:
No tournament < > Good tournament. What do we get? Garbage tier warpaint tournament WutFace
Change meta/balance stuff, bring new maps < > Do nothing and publicly mention Relic is moving forward (DoW3 etc.). What do we get? three randoms that can't balance for shit (as mentioned before, GGhewhomustnotbenamed and the other one have combined +- 100 games of brits and both alone have over 200 games with either OST or USF, ehm okay ??). Also, according to Tric, they chose the biggest tumor maps to include in the new map rotation instead of more balanced, less cancer maps.
Give modding tools so that the community can keep this game alive < > let game die and look back at some fun years. What do we get? Some tools and a patch that is made by several incapable persons (see previous point).
Honestly, make that patch a balance MOD and not a patch that you are required to install to play the game, i understand some people want to play with this balance patch but i want nothing to do with any balance changes made by either miragefla or that other random. I'd rather play the game in its cancer form that it is in now than what those two got brewing.

Ignore the bofors. Get the rest of the map. He will be hard pressed for fuel since the bofors is expensive.
Get a mortar and constantly shell it. Get a flamehalftrack to protect your mortar and rush the bofors once it is braced..
Remember, if he gets multiple bofors and starts sim city camping. Simply rush his base and destroy it. They never see this coming and most of the time don't even mine their base entrances. |
