Thread: RELIC'S WPC Change of plan 9 Sep 2016, 23:16 PM Has Relic made any statement about this anywhere? I used to check their blog to look for info, but all they do is post about skin sales. I'm hearing all sorts of horror stories from different players. Noggano gets nothing just because it takes a few months to get a passport?? The guy rightfully earned second place ($1000) at minimum. Milestone 5 (fly the players) was only even reached about a week ago. Who could plan anything with such late notice? What's the story with Milestone 6? Has it been reached? Is the contribution period over? Will the casters be flown out or compensated for their work? Relic wanted to let the Quarter-Finalists back into some kinda weird 6-man tourney to see who plays DevM?!?!? This is a terrible idea that would be completely unfair to Jesulin and VonIvan. Thread: BF1 Beta your opinion8 Sep 2016, 18:23 PM I had fun running and gunning w 8 or 9 Reborn clan members for a few days. Brought back some feels for old BF2 days w AWOL clan (Lynskey, X-com, Jarl and the gang). We all got to know each other ~10 years ago playing BF2, we all switched to COH, and we've all been looking for something to play together ever since (COH2 fractured our clan, as most of our members lost interest in it very quickly). I'd love to find a game that brought us all together again, but the huge price tag and DLC plan have us on the fence about whether or not to get BF1. We're afraid of the game getting stale fast (after the honeymoon period of learning the new maps and tactics) or getting ruined by maphackers (like BF2 was). I couldn't believe it, I actually ran into a maphacker in the BF1 beta! And the hacks are all over youtube. Seeing that stuff come up so fast is really discouraging, as one maphacker in a round can completely ruin the experience for everybody. In: Other Games

I lol'd ages ago when Relic posted that the finals would take place a week later. I'd be impressed if they got it together for a month later. Who knows what shape the players will be in by the time the finals actually happen. What's the news on Milestone 6 (flying the casters out too)? Do we know if it is locked or unlocked?
