Thread: How to farm War Spoils1 Jan 2016, 20:20 PM Results of two days and nights in a row, 17 drops with a total of 24 items: - many, many bulletins I already had - some cool ones I didn't already have (like US At gun vet training) - three skins (two new ones) - a faceplate (studded) - Soviet Industry commander This is the second Soviet commander I get while farming for Ostheer. I'm getting a bit of a feeling that I can't get the missing four Ostheer commanders by farming this way... edit: OK, wrong. I got Storm doctrine today. The least wanted from the four I was missing, but at least it means that I can still get them by farming Also: I got a drop from playing a ToW scenario, didn't know those were counting as well. This is when the game is over and starting a new one.Seems to be no way out of it when it does this? Thread: How to farm War Spoils30 Dec 2015, 19:45 PM Hi Autumn91, there is no problem. If you chose Autovictory as a victory condition, then that is what it is supposed to do. It just leaves the engineers hanging around your HQ and counts off time. War spoils are based on time ingame, and this method is collecting ingame time for you. In: COH2 Gameplay

When you use Autovictory, the game will force the window to become active when the game ends. Then you just have to wait until a new game is loaded (leave the window active in the meantime), this takes 1-2 minutes depending on your hardware. When a game is running, you can use the pc for whatever purpose you want, except playing other Steam games I guess. Got a really cool victory strike though (Incendiary Airstrike). Only four Ostheer commanders to go, I should be able to get them, right? You primarily farm for the faction you chose to "play" with. I look for "autovictory" however all i see is a game type called "No win condition" has it been changed to this, or has some update broken it so its outdated? i tried reading all the pages and followed another mod link to steam but it was page said it was removed. Hoping I can get sorted on this as like so many on here I would like to have things unlocked so i can play for fun and not make this my second job of having to grind countless hours... no weeks unlocking something i just want to enjoy for an hour a day tops. Thanks When you go to the first page of this topic, you can click on link called "Mod" and it directs you to a Dropbox page. The download is still there, cancel the login pop-up and you will be able to download the mod. Follow the install instructions in the first post and you should be able to see Autovictory as a win condition. In: COH2 Gameplay

Script launches the game, but once in game sits and does nothing Which script did you use? The latest version does exactly that: nothing. It just makes sure your ingame time increases, and therefore the chance of war spoils. In: COH2 Gameplay

I did however try it on my laptop and it did work idk whats wrong with my desktop's game tho I uninstalled and reinstalled it too If you want to find out, try to find the differences between the two systems, it might be driver-related, or even related to some software you have installed on the desktop but not on your laptop.
