We will have a fix for the IG in the Dec Patch! The IG still has some problems with lobbing shots over buildings (that issue is still on our database), but the main Problem is greatly improved.

I go to "Main Menu > Modding Hub > Manage Tab" Never been there before!!!
Found a lot of stuff from Modding Hub - everything I've ever tried out was still there!
Delete 90% of all content - start a Game - and there was no Download any more!
I think that we got the solution of my trouble of inexplicable Downloading!!

I think that should solve the problem. If the Author of any of the Items updates them, Steam will make you auto-download them. |

What do you have listed in the Modding Hub's manage Tab.
Main Menu > Modding Hub > Manage Tab?
I'm not sure why anything would be downlading when you boot the game, unless you have subscribed items that require an update. |

Not really a bug, but more of a balance oversight i think:
Churchill grenade has no damage drop off, its near/mid/far range is 4. the comet grenade doesnt this problem.
infantry sections at vet 3 will constantly drop weapons because they get the scoped enfields at vet 3 which count as special weapons
machineguns in houses dont display the correct arc, the arc begins in the center of the house it seems instead of where the actual machinegun is. if you select the machinegun in the house you will see the correct arc, but just selecting the house wont.
the universal carrier vickers ability is really buggy. a lot of the times it wont fire at all, and will just deduct munitions and cooldown.
recrewing weapons with units that have ambush camouflage, will also give that crew the ambush camo

I've been playing around with paratroopers recently, and noticed that a decent number of grenades thrown will bug out. Throwing animation plays, munitions are deducted and cooldown on ability starts, but no grenade is actually thrown. I'm guessing this has something to do with the cooked Mk2 grenade ability itself, since in the video below, Rangers can be seen with the exact same problem.
I couldn't reproduce the bug reliably. It seems to be more likely to take place when the squad is in combat.

Test replay using Cheatcommands mod: thompson squad at 2:55-3:00, and leftmost squad at 3:27-3:30
It isn't much to go on, so I'll try and save replays of similar incidences in the future.
Thanks for the Replays!! I've tracked this issue down thanks to the Videos. It's not random at all. If the Soldier ordered to the throw the Grenade, is reloading his weapon the ability breaks. |
This intel bulletin doesn't work. I've tested it multiple times with Strummingbird and it has zero effect on artillery units.
How to test? Equip the bulletin, get yourself a panzwerwerfer and place your artillery field officer next to it.
