You should try to play vs human opponents and play the opposing site as well instead of just axis or OKW.
Then you will learn the game and the answer to your question in -by far- the most efficient way. |
It just couldn't have been better. Before the event, I was already scared that many games will be one-sided 20 minute stomps. But there were SO many crazy games that got close to the 1 hour mark.
Oh, and congrats to Talisman as well
First of all a big congratulations to talisman for winning the cup! He showed he has all the qualities a champion needs, not only steady performance in the qualifiers but also very steady calm and focused performance in the live event!Seems like this man got some real steal nerves that dont experience stress or pressure from those big events!
As for the team, a great job casting and organizing everything till the littlest detail!
I have been watching for like 12 hrs straight, and not a single game was boring or repetitive compared to its predecessor. Every game had something different, entertaining happening. And the aggressive plays that were made are amazing!
i'm curious what time will bring, but this has definitely shown the world that this game, and more important the community , is still very much alive with at peak time for like 5-6 hours a steady 1300 viewers in the stream.
great job to everybody!!!
PS. When will there the britts mirror match tourney?(mentioned in the stream) Maybe a little tourney with mirror britts for people who could not make it like Noggano and Dave? Just some crazy thoughts
+1 , well said
From the viewer standpoint of the finals, this was the absolute best experience to watch. Every series was absolute top level gameplay and we had some incredible upsets and dark horses. The quality of the stream was fantastic, RNGesus blesseth and RNGesus taketh away so much, and I loved the caster rotation. I think that was my favorite part of the event, watching momo4sho and tightrope co-cast alongside A_E and stormless and together was absolute perfection. Very well done on all ends.

How often do you see vet5 Jagdtiger and Sturmtiger at the same time in 2v2?
The Sturmtiger was vet 5 as well? If so, then I wonder how asleep the allies players must have been that they let the ST hit their tanks so often. |
I just want to say some points, because i saw some comments in the twitch chat.
Yes you get very fast vet3 with this units, BUT the vet does not really care for the flamerhft.
You don't get really strong upgrades for it.
It is always a back and forward: flamerhft is on the field, allies are in trouble. T70 is on the fiel, axis are in trouble.
Hmm I am 90% sure that vet 3 gives a bonus to the flamer cooldown, IIRC it was part of the Halftrack rework. (Upgrade on 251/M5 means you can no longer reinforce; all HTs have shared veterancy if they dont have an upgrade) |
100% winrate on Jaeger Armor doctrine... so it isn't OP in teamgames only but also in 1v1 |
Outstanding games great casts and a heroic effort on the part of A_E and all others to put this together. Congrats Talisman on the final victory. Cheers!

The first day already was A W E S O M E!
So many crazy moments and unexpected outcomes |
I think the Comet should either get an armor or a +160 Hitpoints health buff.
Right now it's just way too fragile vs Panthers and AT guns which doesn't make the investment worth at all. It's just a pudding version of the Panther with phosphorus/smoke shells in live version. |
Sturmtiger, beside the other changes this would bring it back into buissnes as a usefull unit:
- Set the reload-ability to 60-80 munition cost.
- Set range to max. 70 (old 40) and min 25. (old 15)
- Remove Vet1 ability.
You get an usefull artillery-verhicle, expensive in use and defenseless in close-combat.
This would bring it back to cheesy cancer, you mean. In teamgames it's very easy to float munitions, especially with this doc and especially at the point where the ST arrives |
