Thread: Make Falls and Obers 5 man squads22 Jul 2015, 22:11 PM not sure why everyone is complaining about falshcim, they own in my battles, they kill enemy troops ridiculously fast, my us troops however always get one shotted by tigers, king tigers, panthers, rackenwervers etc. but the falshim keep on rocking...maybe people need to use cover, those yellow and green sections on the map, instead of trying to be rambo. Thread: The noob factor20 Jul 2015, 08:03 AM Gotta say i agree with the original post. at a basic level...germans seem to own, they have more options as well. US need to wait awhile (unless airborne doct) for a basic non bunker mg, germans get it strait away...this is an issue in itself. whermact get mgs/mortars and snipers giving them a great range of t1 options. mortars...us dont really get them except as a doct call in. russian no infantry anti tank all other factions get good AT on their infantry, shreks/bazookas....bazookas also require the infantry to retreat to base to pick up the weapons, german troops can do it on the run. US armies won not because their tanks were superior but because they had superior numbers, this should be reflected in tank cost...cheaper in terms of fuel, mps and also pop cap...us tanks should cost 8 to 10 pop cap so you can field more of them. light Armour seems to be about right and they seem to be going in the right direction with it. germans tanks should own (as they do) but should cost more and you should have to field less of them. i think the russian tanks are about right. hopefully brits even up battles a bit more. Thread: new maps! - Bastogne forest and airborne assault13 Jul 2015, 10:05 AM Hi guys, i have released these 2 maps recently This first one is Bastogne forest, it is a forested map which slows vehicle movement, however it is quite large and chaotic. which i think captures the essence of the fighting near Bastogne. Thread: fire and smoke12 Jul 2015, 01:02 AM Hey im sure this has been asked alot but i couldn't find it...does anyone know where the objects are fire and smoke i have some burned out trees and wrecked vehicles and i want there to be smoke and fire pouring out from them, would also be nice if they had the heating effect to go along with the fire also....in case i ever get the blizzards to work. thanks in advance In: Mapping Discussion

Thread: No cover 5 Jul 2015, 14:00 PM the other option is that certain splines are negative cover like roads and things like that...so you can put a road spline one one side and then just simply place your wall...the road should overwrite the walls cover. i could be wrong with this...but when choosing roads i always use roads with negative cover. but when it comes to cover splines are definatly a good friend to have around.
