USF is mobile because their Rifleman Garands are Semi-Auto meaning they are more accurate on the move compared to other baseline infantry. Their BARs also fire on the move whereas MG42s, Brens, Etc. require the squad to be stationary. The .50 Cal also has a fast set-up time which encourages you to move it around to support your Rifles. Doesn't it just make sense for mobile arty to be either a glass cannon or a heavy poker, and not a heavy cannon? Sometimes when you really need to you can dive to take out a pwerfer, katy or stuka, cause it can usually work and has pretty good chance of being worth the risk if its causing you trouble. But alot of the time you can just ignore a katy, change your strat slightly and accept the bleed; stukka also gives a clear loud warning AND and it creeps pretty slowly and predictably, giving you some time to dodge; pwerfer can be a wildcard but I have not seen or heard too many consecutive outrages regarding it. But diving to take out a calliope appears to be way too risky, but also ALOT more necessary. Even if you dont blob, you still can only separate your forces into 2-3 groups, and even then the wipe potential seems insanely probable. In: COH2 Gameplay |

I just think its total BS that the Calliope fires mini nukes with massive wipe potential while katyusha can never wipe anything on its first bombardment? katyusha had 132mm rockets, calliope had 114mm. Where is the frigging logic? In: COH2 Gameplay |

Fallschirm is the German word for parachute, so you get my point. They already parachuted, got separated from their company and decided to hide in a house until a ripe ambush opportunity arises. I can write a whole fan fiction series on this if it will make it seem more realistic for some folks. Plus, the doctrine's last ability (although shitty) does have them parachute down. I was actually about to try them out instead of Obers fro a change, but seems the consensus is that they are not quite as good performance/$. I don't see a need to make them worse. In: COH2 Balance |

it is worth every MP you invest in early game. it is macro depend to keep it safe. let it stay behind your VGs during combat, it works as LMG and no MP bleed as long as it is alive.. also it is great at caping non key points at start and FU and MU points. 15% faster caping and fast speed is key in early map control, the more area you have to slight advantage in resource income you will have. I think i understood most of that. Whats FU? So you just dive behind the mg and the enemy troops just ignore you? In: OKW Strategies |
