Thread: Relic close to shutting down - not profitable16 Jan 2018, 14:56 PM I don't understand ? How on earth is coh2 not a profitable game ? It's not as profitable as let's say csgo or dota 2 but c'mon it makes/has made a lot of money for relic. Even though the game is far from perfect it has evolved plenty since release and relic are doing a far better job now than they used to do in 2013. I think the game is growing, and coh3 if it ever comes out will be a huge success. RTS may be a dead genre but it has a dedicated and hardcore fanbase and any dev would be stupid not to capitalize on that. In: Lobby

Thread: Opinion on Ostheer Panther in new patch (1v1)15 Jan 2018, 00:25 AM The only thing that a panther does better than a stugG is that shots tend to bounce off off a panther than they do on a stugG . The panther is at a good spot atm, that spot being inside the t4 building aka not built . What the panther really needs is a clear role , either make it a better verison of the p4 with maybe t34/85 AI, or make it a good tank destroyer on par with FF. In: COH2 Balance

But i have some questions concerning the doctrine , i think that waiting for tiger or tiger ace is a big waste of time , with good play and decent map control u can hit popcap long beofre u can get a tiger out , i never felt the need for a tiger this is why i dont usually go for it . Ostheer t3 is perfect cuz it offers TDs anti infatry and a decent main battle tank . so i tend to go for a doctrine that helps these units perform rather than wait for a tiger that might or might not come in time .
