Just press "Publish" again and the status of your map will change from "Published" to "Updating." Let it sit there until it's done. Once it's finished, it will again read "Published." Not a great idea to delete and re-publish, but I'm sure that you had a strange situation here.
how do you update? ive done what you said but when looked into the workshop the map is the same and nothing actualy updates
