Well, these are the solutions I can think of. Unsure as to consequences though.
1) Leave as it is, truck = healing.
2) Cost changes to healing. OKW floats MP and needs MP sinks, not fuel sinks. 250 mp on par with USSR/ 1 squad of volksgren is not unreasonable.
3) Sturmpio gets healing package earlier/ stock
4) Rework Sturmpio healing package to mirror UKF Infantry section healing
*I did forget to mention UKF does need to tech up for medical kit though.
Leave it as it is there is nothing broken(dont fix what aint broken) its just usual allied crys on forum and still after all these nerfs they will still complain and relic will still listen to them rather than use their own brain (usf already with 70 % winrate)..and they will continue to do so |

hmmm except certain cases okw is on par with otherfaction but still the medic truck and mechanic upgrade still gets delayed why not just replace it with munitions instead of manpower and fuel.

yeah i dont get taht side tech increase price why are okw so expensive ...??/ the vet 5 units get beaten by vet 3 units and some units dont reach even vet 3 they dont have caches and have the such expensive tanks and tech i mean wtf....replace those tech costs with 60 muni each...the float is in muni not fuel and manpower |
and why should vet 3 infantry with 60/120 worth of weapons NOT be able to beat an unvetted fall squad?
they kill even vetted falls and falls cost more and mid to late game unit and have low surivability |
While this is a mostly good list of changes, a few of them make me say "wait what?"
Firstly, you've got the Penals, which while they needed a buff, will become the best CQC unit in the game for 270/90. That's a bit aggressive. That 90muni upgrade is just too much for a single button. My bet is that it'll normalize to just being a flamer upgrade for 60.
Ost changes seem decent, although it's basically just a "fix brummbar" patch for them. There's still a bunch that could be done, though.
OKW changes are just not that great. While I agree that Shreck blobs needed to go, they now have NO man-held AT solution. They also have the AT gun with the shortest range in the game. They're going to get rolled by basically any early vehicle play that's well micro'd. Personally, T2 or something needs to have a shreck squad similar to CoH1 PE's AT squad. MG change is great, though.
UKF changes seem decent, although the insta-unlocked self repair on the UC seems a bit strong, especially early game. I could easily see a new UC w/ flamer or Vickers K rush vs. no-AT OKW meta.
