I thought about same thing too. Does OKW really need shreaks in curent situation at all, at any unit? There is AT gun and mines in TO, Puma in T2, Jagdpanzer and Panther in T3, there is AT for any period of game, you can replace armour much easier than before, add fausts (but I am for regular fausts, like ost) and there will be a lot of AT options. However it's radical changes and needs a lot of tests to see how it will work before make such decision, but I definitely would like to test it.
I'm agreed that Luchs itself isn't a problem, problem is accessibility of Luch counter counters. You go to T-70 or Stuart to fight with Luch, and its fails cause 2-3 shreks on the field for this timing, so you left with mines and AT guns, and its totally denie SU and USA T1 openings, especially USA.
Problem with that, there 90% of useless bulletins and there are couple that could be OP when staking, and its pure random will get all 3 or not, advantages based on random drop factor - are bad for RTS. 135(150)fu for 235 armour is one thing, and 135(150)fu for 270 is other, 90mu for shrek is one thing, 75(76)mu is other. Such things only messes with balance.
Lowering CP value and price could work with current performance, ISU and IS will be real heavies of SU and KV-1 and KV-2 heavies for poor, more accessible and cheap. KV-1 something like 960-1040hp and slightly better RoF 8-9CP, KV-2 550-600mp 160-200fu 10-12CP. We have 11cp Sturmtiger that cost 560mp 160fu and have +240hp (+400 with vet2) in current patch, so KV-2 is like +3cp +70mp +70fu, even AVRE is much more accessible, and bouth of them have much better shock value than KV-2.
