Thread: Building Communication in COH230 Aug 2014, 21:40 PM Hi guys, as an exclusive team game only player, i find the communication in COH2 very lacking. I realize that the easiest solution to this is to just find friends to play with, but to me, COH2 lacks a "culture of communication". People barely talk during matches. I try to say hello to everyone to build rapport but most of the time, no one will discuss anything. It really is frustrating. Even a game with a notoriously bad community, League of Legends, people communicate during and before a match. Dota2 has voice chat and some useful quick keys to help players understand the situation. It is very frustrating for me because i love to work together as a team. Not having communication between players really diminishes the fun in a game. I think it is important to build this "culture" in a strategy game such as COH2. Hopefully Relic can add one day: 1. Pregame chat for players to talk before the game loads. 2. Voice chat )would be nice but may not be necessary) 3. Post game chat Thanks for reading. Of course this means if they do drop or quit its no great loss, especially as how the opposition tend to get complacent when that happens. However 4v4 is not for everybody, and arranged 4v4 and random 4v4 are different beasts. Random 4v4 is all about dealing with the chaos, you have 7 people to worry about and not all of them are the enemy your teammates are enemies in random 4v4 In: COH2 Gameplay
